Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect selection
- Change of preference
- Ordering the wrong item
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (wrong item supplied)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the issue, this may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Return Conditions (Where Applicable)
If a return is approved, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We may request photos or further information to assess the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law:
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
Sale items are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement where appropriate. Otherwise, you may place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing will occur within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
