18. Custom & Personalised Products

Certain products offered by Designs for Joy may be custom-made or personalised.

By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all submitted content (text, images, designs) is accurate and final
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by you prior to production
  • Minor variations in colour, size, alignment, or finish may occur due to the production process
  • Custom or personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that:

  • Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Is technically unfeasible to produce

20. Copyright & Use of Our Designs

All designs, artwork, graphics, and content created by Designs for Joy remain our intellectual property.

  • Use our designs for commercial purposes
  • Copy or modify designs for resale or digital use

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence, including:
    • Proof of delivery
    • Order confirmation
    • Communication records
  • You may be liable for:
    • The original transaction amount
    • Any associated fees or administrative costs

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
